In this workout, we were able to learn how to put data into a chart and then link it to a Word Document. We made a "fill-in-the-blank" style Word Document and were able to fill in those blanks with the data on the Excel Document. My document was a letter to my students telling them about their next 1920s related assignment. I assigned them a name, told them how many children had that name in the 20s, and assigned a presentation date. This information (along with their names) varied per document and I used mail merge to easily create the same letter with a few changed areas.
